We are working with a Business Outsourcing company who are currently looking to add a Project Manager to the team in the North West. They are an ambitious company who are looking to grow turnover to over £1billion within the next 5 years.
The role of Project Manager will see you interacting with clients on a day-to-day basis ensuring all their project needs are met. The Project Manager role responsibilities are:
• Update and maintain project documentation
• Lead implementation projects across multi sites
• Responsible for implementation quality and success
• Responsible for client journey, satisfaction and delivery of value
• Accountable for all financial aspects of implementation
• Cresting best in class, right first time solutions, assuring lessons learnt are maximised
• To take shared responsibility for your own personal development and performance in order to maximise your contribution to the business and your satisfaction in the role
• Manage risk and work to minimise this with good planning
The experience they are looking for any Project Manager to have is as follows:
• Prince 2 certified
• Second language skill is a must - French, German, Spanish or Dutch
• Technical and process knowledge
• 3+ years project management experience, preferably in a client-service organization
• Experience of multiple full project lifecycles
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience of successfully leading and managing teams
• Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
