The recruitment process

Here at Eden, our standard practice is as follows:

Pre-screen every single candidate
Provide a short list of candidates to our client
Face to face, or telephone interview every candidate, assessing their history, quality, personal and career motivations
Format every individual CV for objectivity and ease of reading
Fully brief candidate ensuring detailed understanding of the role, the company, the career progression, and the terms of engagement
Employment and personal references will be provided for every candidate that gets to interview stage.
